Wow, it's been since last October that I have done an update. I didn't realize it had been that long. A lot has happened since then. My son Aiden was born almost nine months ago. I turned 36 last month. I had an Ambulance and Fire Truck at my place a couple of  weeks ago because I had severe chest pain that ran down my left arm and was also in my left foot. I got back all my results from the tests and I'm  fine. I still have to go for a stress test though.

I took the last half of the summer off from the gym to enjoy time with my family and just work. It's been real nice.  I have to admit, it can get real hard trying to juggle family life, a hectic work schedule and still get in all my training. I felt just kind of burnt out. In the past this kind of stuff would just freak me out, I'd get real depressed and all, but at 36, my priorities have really changed and it really doesn't bother me.  I've decided I need a change of scenery so I've quit the gym I'm at and I will be joining a different one that's better equipped with more free weights and hammer strength machines.

It's starting to get a little cooler out there and kids are back to school. I like the fall a lot. Not too much new here. Haven't been to a movie in a while. Baught the movie Sin City. I really like it and have seen it twice already. We have cut way back on our spending and we're looking to buy a house.

I think that's about it for now.
